Most of them, however, merely order the raw material from Germany and have it packed, as a rule, by small companies that may not follow high hygiene standards and are not sufficiently controlled by either the authorities or AlzChem as to whether they really pack the raw material this way and don't swap it for something else or dilute it. 99.9% purity is not marketing, but real data
With ordinary creatine, part of the dose consists of manufacturing by-products. These are creatinine, dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT). DHT in particular is potentially dangerous in larger amounts, which is why the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has imposed strict limits for impurities in creatine.
These are:
- DCD (dicyandiamide): max 50 mg/kg
- DHT (dihydrotriazine): max 3 mg/kg
AlzChem compared 9 batches of Creapure® against 20 generic creatines from around the world, and its results confirmed that generic creatines have an average DCD content of 110 mg/kg, which is more than double the EFSA limit. Meanwhile Creapure® averaged 20 mg/kg DCD, i.e. 2.5× below the limit. DHT was not detected at all in the Creapure® raw material. In practice this means that with unflavored Creapure® you really get 5 g of pure creatine in 5 g of product. ²

Dosage and use
The standard dose is 3 g per day, though according to the latest studies up to 5 g per day, every day, long-term.³ Many experts say that for a body weight over 90 kg it's better to take 5 g. Users who want to achieve benefits in the area of cognitive function and longevity often take 10-20 g per day.
It works with water, but in combination with carbohydrates or proteins (a protein shake, fruit juice, food) it slightly improves absorption through the effect of insulin.
1 scoop (5 g) mixed with 250–300 ml of water, juice or a protein drink.
Take it any time of day - consistency is key, not timing.
You'll reach full muscle saturation in 3-4 weeks.
Take it on both training and non-training days.
How to recognize original Creapure®
Original Creapure® has characteristic crystals of varying size (mesh ~80, similar to crystalline sugar), because it forms through natural crystallization from the so-called mother liquid. Larger crystals dissolve more slowly, smaller ones faster. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect. You should, however, expect that Creapure® dissolves more slowly in cold water.
AlzChem does not produce a micronized version of Creapure®. If you see a product labeled both as "Creapure®" and "micronized," it is incorrect labeling or a different product.

The people from the flavor laboratory probably got the recipe wrong—I can’t understand how you can add that much cheap sweetener into an expensive product. Fantastic cup: Here comes the absolute genius of the design team. What brilliant mind must you have to put a measuring cup into the bag, and then write in black and white in the instructions that the correct serving is 3/4 (three quarters) of the cup?! Well, why didn’t you make a cup that is exactly the size of the serving, folks? Do you want us to bring a ruler, a micrometer, and a jeweler’s scale into the kitchen so we can calculate fractions at the first hour of the morning? Use the same plastic cup for all your products out of laziness and make us do math with a spoon in our hand. 99.9% purity is not marketing, but real data
With ordinary creatine, part of the dose consists of manufacturing by-products. These are creatinine, dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT). DHT in particular is potentially dangerous in larger amounts, which is why the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has imposed strict limits for impurities in creatine.
These are:
- DCD (dicyandiamide): max 50 mg/kg
- DHT (dihydrotriazine): max 3 mg/kg
AlzChem compared 9 batches of Creapure® against 20 generic creatines from around the world, and its results confirmed that generic creatines have an average DCD content of 110 mg/kg, which is more than double the EFSA limit. Meanwhile Creapure® averaged 20 mg/kg DCD, i.e. 2.5× below the limit. DHT was not detected at all in the Creapure® raw material. In practice this means that with unflavored Creapure® you really get 5 g of pure creatine in 5 g of product. ²

Dosage and use
The standard dose is 3 g per day, though according to the latest studies up to 5 g per day, every day, long-term.³ Many experts say that for a body weight over 90 kg it's better to take 5 g. Users who want to achieve benefits in the area of cognitive function and longevity often take 10-20 g per day.
It works with water, but in combination with carbohydrates or proteins (a protein shake, fruit juice, food) it slightly improves absorption through the effect of insulin.
1 scoop (5 g) mixed with 250–300 ml of water, juice or a protein drink.
Take it any time of day - consistency is key, not timing.
You'll reach full muscle saturation in 3-4 weeks.
Take it on both training and non-training days.
How to recognize original Creapure®
Original Creapure® has characteristic crystals of varying size (mesh ~80, similar to crystalline sugar), because it forms through natural crystallization from the so-called mother liquid. Larger crystals dissolve more slowly, smaller ones faster. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect. You should, however, expect that Creapure® dissolves more slowly in cold water.
AlzChem does not produce a micronized version of Creapure®. If you see a product labeled both as "Creapure®" and "micronized," it is incorrect labeling or a different product.
