Delivery options

• The Seller delivers to customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina

• The Seller ships orders from the Republic of Croatia.

• Product delivery is carried out via Hrvatska pošta d.d., (with which the Seller has a contractual relationship) and its contractual partners in the destination country.

• The Seller will deliver the order; the product(s) from the order will be dispatched to the shipping service within 3–4 business days.

• The delivery cost is 5.11 EUR (10 BAM)

Payment by bank card

You can pay for your order with a card that supports online payments. This is a convenient and secure way to make a cashless payment. At present, we accept VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard cards, and you can also pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  

 

Return policy and the right to unilaterally terminate the contract

If you are not fully satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you (and not the shipping service) takes possession of the product.

How to exercise the right to return?

To exercise your right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must notify us of your decision no later than within 14 days from the time you received the product. The notice must be clear, and you can send it by email to: [email protected]. In your message, please provide:

• first and last name

• address

• phone number

• email address

• order number

After we receive your notice, we will send you confirmation by email without delay.

Returning the product

You are required to return the product without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day you notified us of the termination of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the product before the expiry of that period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Refund

After we receive the returned product, we will process the refund of the paid amount using the same payment method you used when purchasing, unless we agree otherwise.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling the product, except for what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product — as you would do in a physical store.

The product must not be used if you plan to return it, and during the return period it must be stored carefully and responsibly. In the event of a reduction in the value of the product, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

Products without the right of return

It is not possible to return products that are:

• sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.

Legal entities

The right to unilaterally terminate the contract does not apply to customers who act as legal entities. In that case, the provisions of the Law on Obligations and the Law on Electronic Commerce apply.

 

Other important information

Customs

Your order may be subject to customs duties and additional import costs. In such case, the end customer bears all costs, and the Seller is in no way responsible for the stated costs. The customs procedure is carried out in accordance with the regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If the package is held or delayed at the border, the Seller is not able to resolve the issues. For more information or questions regarding the regulations and procedures, please contact the competent services and local customs administrations. 

    

Prices and currency

All product prices in the web store as of 1.1.2023 are legally stated in Euros (€) and do not include VAT (Value Added Tax).

For each product, an approximate value is shown in convertible marks (BAM). The value in convertible marks (BAM) is calculated using a fixed exchange rate and is for information purposes only. The exact billed amount depends on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

  

*Pursuant to Article 45, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Value Added Tax Law (Narodne novine, No. 73/13, 99/13, 148/13, 153/13 and 143/14, hereinafter: VAT Law), it is prescribed that VAT payments are exempt for the supply of goods shipped or transported from the Republic of Croatia outside the European Union by the supplier or another person on its behalf.

   

• The product price does not include the shipping cost, which is calculated separately in the final step of the order after the user enters the desired delivery address, except when the conditions for free shipping are met.
• The price of each product is set individually for each product.
• The process of entering the price on the page is a highly controlled process; however, entering prices involves the human factor and implies the possibility of an error.
• The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice.
• The Seller is authorized, without prior notice, at any time to set discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for an individual product, a group of products and/or for all products. Prices, payment terms and promotional offers are valid exclusively at the time the order and/or payment is placed.
