Beta Alanine - a functional supplement for sprinters, crossfitters and strength athletes

Beta alanine contains the same non-essential amino acid, which active people take before training. It is thus suitable for sprinters, crossfitters and other strength athletes or people practicing HIIT. However, it also comes in handy for endurance athletes such as runners or cyclists who have training sessions in hills and difficult terrain. Moreover, a great advantage is also the fact that it is a GLP-1 friendly product.

This supplement comes in the form of a highly soluble powder that you simply add to water or other beverage and drink. You can also combine it with L-citrulline or L-arginine to create a more comprehensive pre-workout formula. Because it doesn't contain caffeine or other stimulants, it's also useful before an evening workout.

Great product. I mix two servings of Beta-Alanine with one serving of Citrulline. It creates something similar to pre-workout; the tingling sensation is noticeable. The amino acid works.
Most Beneficial Negative Review of Product

Useful and high-quality supplement. Just adjust the dosage so you take the measuring scoop twice a day, and be sure to take it every day, as well as creatine.

After using beta-alanine, I really feel less tired. Great, I recommend it.

I have been disappointed with this beta-alanine. Before, I had a different one, and already with 1 gram it was great—back then it was pure beta-alanine. Now I’m taking more: I combine it with citrulline and also with BCAA, but I hardly feel anything—just a little itching. Strength is normal even without it. I would say that creatine works better than this. I definitely won’t buy anything like this again, and I’m honestly disappointed with BCAA as well. Really disappointing…

Is it just me who feels bad from this beta-alanine in the Beta version? I’ve tried various pre-workout formulas that have large amounts of BA, like Agrezz… but this? I take two scoops and it already feels hard on my stomach. If I try more than 3 scoops, I end up with my head in the toilet… maybe it’s just that I got a defective batch. I certainly won’t buy it from you again.

Clean rating of five for the product! I use it for kettlebell training! I drink it 20 minutes before working out, and then the workout can begin!

After a larger dose, my whole body started itching and I had a very bad headache, so I didn’t feel stimulation—only the headache.

Complete satisfaction: 5 g of beta-alanine before training, and I felt the itching all over my body for about an hour during the workout—so it worked quite well. I also have better endurance during my exercises.

As usual, when I buy BCAA or glutamine, the label says one serving, but I always take two. So I did the same now. It didn’t cause itching, but it was as if needles were poking me… However, the effect was at most 40 minutes, and then nothing. And I combined it with arginine as well—two servings too. I’ll see whether there are changes over time… but for the first time, it was quite good…

I had 2 g and it caused some itching, but I already had it better. This was a massacre—what I had was only clean, and I also took 2 g... Now I’m combining it with BCAA, citrulline, and arginine, and I was expecting a bit more. Training was normal.

For this amount of money, it’s almost a bargain! Combined with AAKG, that’s the real thing—guaranteed to cause a brutal pump and to significantly reduce the recovery time!
