Beta Alanine - a functional supplement for sprinters, crossfitters and strength athletes

Beta alanine contains the same non-essential amino acid, which active people take before training. It is thus suitable for sprinters, crossfitters and other strength athletes or people practicing HIIT. However, it also comes in handy for endurance athletes such as runners or cyclists who have training sessions in hills and difficult terrain. Moreover, a great advantage is also the fact that it is a GLP-1 friendly product.

This supplement comes in the form of a highly soluble powder that you simply add to water or other beverage and drink. You can also combine it with L-citrulline or L-arginine to create a more comprehensive pre-workout formula. Because it doesn't contain caffeine or other stimulants, it's also useful before an evening workout.

Great product. I mix two servings of Beta-Alanine with one serving of Citrulline. It creates something similar to pre-workout; the tingling sensation is noticeable. The amino acid works.

Useful and high-quality supplement. Just adjust the dosage so you take the measuring scoop twice a day, and be sure to take it every day, as well as creatine.

An exceptional supplement that reduces lactic acid in the body during training sessions. It helps at the end of the maximum sets, and you can clearly see the difference. I recommend it to everyone.

For me personally, it feels like from the very first administration (1.5 g per cup). It gives you that hype sensation that lets you know it’s going to be a good workout. It also helps VERY MUCH during truly hard training sessions—here I mean high volume, lots of sets, and lots of repetitions. Do not take large doses from the first administration; take one cup for a few weeks, and then one cup with a bit more, or even one and a half cups.

I give it the lowest rating with me—no effect at all… I do not recommend it.

Pure beta-alanine at a reasonable amount of 3–4 g per day should be enough.
