BIO Green tea powder - a green wonder full of nutrients
BIO Green tea powder is a concentrated type of green tea, which is especially popular in Japan and China, but has found its place in our country, too. It differs from other types of tea in that it is not fermented, so it retains all vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fiber. BIO Green tea powder is watered with 80 ° C water and then mixed with a whisk for 3 minutes, the best is the Chasen bamboo whisk, but you can also use an immersion blender or a milk whisk. Green tea powder is also a food ingredient, it is added to hot or cold dishes or desserts. It adds a distinctive green color to the food and enriches the food with nutrients.

It dissolves nicely, has a delicate flavor, and is, in my opinion, the best in terms of value for money.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Lucie

Matcha powder is excellent—it has a truly perfect taste, just as it should. It is of outstanding quality. You only need a little to prepare a delicious energy drink that will help rid you of toxins.

This matcha has a very strong smell of paint. When you try to drink it, you get the impression that you are drinking something very toxic; I think it is actually dangerous for human consumption.

It is very aromatic and concentrated. I expected I would need 2 teaspoons for a cup of about 500 ml, as I was used to seeing in cafés, but honestly, 1/2 or 3/4 teaspoon and the rest milk was absolutely enough—and still strong.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Norbi

I was a little disappointed with the product. The authentic Japanese matcha quality is about half of what this one offers, and you can tell from the price. The color is also very yellowish; it isn’t that true green. And the scent is like dry grass—you never know, maybe that’s what it contains. At 3,500 HUF for 200 g, I didn’t really expect much. Japanese matcha costs about twice as much for 100 g, but the quality is much better. I won’t buy something like this again.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Adelina

It is very good; it is easy to prepare, the packaging does not allow air to enter, and the powder stays fresh.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Anna

I really love that the package size is large, that it is organic, and that it isn’t bitter like many of the expensive, mediocre store-bought matchas. I even drink it instead of coffee when I want to limit my caffeine intake. It provides energy more slowly, but for a longer time. I especially like the flavor—I usually mix it into smoothies, but I’ve also already baked with it. This is a very good product. I bought it again for a second time, and I will reorder it a third time as well.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Σοφια

Incredible natural taste. The paper sachet in which the tea comes is resealable, so you don’t need a special container to put it in and keep it fresh. The tea itself has a very light green color, which suggests that its quality is higher compared to other Matcha teas. The flavor is wonderful and it is ideal for making Matcha lattes, which are my favorite.

I am not sure why, but every time I drink tea, I always start to have an incredible amount of gas. Quite unpleasant...
