Creatine 100 % Creapure® – certified German creatine in capsules with 99,9 % purity

Creatine 100 % Creapure® uses a trusted German raw ingredient. It contains Creapure® from AlzChem Trostberg, the world's only German creatine manufacturer, with laboratory-verified purity of 99,9 %.

AlzChem ensures that the ingredient cannot be substituted or diluted. And it is not just about the ingredient's origin. Every batch of Creapure® undergoes HPLC analysis directly at the manufacturer's facility, is certified to FSSC 22000 and is included in the Cologne List®, which means it regularly undergoes independent testing for banned doping substances.

Both the raw ingredient itself and the capsule-filling process are therefore under 100 % control.

Pure capsule contents

Creapure® creatine monohydrate (99,9 % purity)

The product's only active ingredient. This creatine monohydrate is manufactured exclusively by AlzChem Trostberg in Germany through a synthetic process using cyanamidic acid and sarcosine, followed by crystallisation from the so-called mother liquor, which ensures high and consistent purity.

Hypromellose (HPMC) capsule

A plant-based, gelatine-free capsule shell suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Its only function is to deliver the active ingredient to the digestive tract – it has no direct effect on the body, but simply allows convenient and precise dosing without the taste of powder.

Excipients

Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent) – a plant-based, inert excipient that ensures even distribution of creatine inside the capsule.

Magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent) – an excipient that prevents the powder from sticking together during capsule filling in production, used in standard amounts verified for pharmaceutical and food use.

How GymBeam Creapure® differs from other sellers

Several brands now offer Creapure®. However, most simply order the raw ingredient from Germany, with packaging usually handled by small companies that may not maintain high hygiene standards and are not adequately monitored by either the authorities or AlzChem to ensure they actually package the ingredient as intended, without substituting or diluting it. There is a risk of cross-contamination and misuse of labelling. At GymBeam, we do six things differently:

  • Working with AlzChem since 2018: this is not about one-off commodity purchases, but a long-term, proven and stable business relationship.
  • Our own assigned QS code 18GM09: you can verify our transparency in seconds directly on the official creapure.com website using the “German Suppliers” filter.
  • Capsule filling at our own certified facility: the final product complies with the HACCP standard and holds 3 prestigious independent certifications: IFS, GMP, ISO.
  • Regular independent testing: we publish laboratory test results directly on the product page.
  • Direct distribution to dozens of countries: we are subject to registration and strict oversight by European regulatory authorities, including those in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and France.
  • A team of food safety experts: dozens of people with relevant qualifications in chemistry, food science and ingredients.

Purity of 99,9 % is not marketing, but real data

With standard creatine, part of the serving consists of manufacturing by-products: creatinine, dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT). DHT in particular is potentially dangerous in larger amounts, which is why the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) imposed strict limits on impurities in creatine: DCD max 50 mg/kg, DHT max 3 mg/kg.

AlzChem compared 9 batches of Creapure® with 20 generic creatine products from around the world. The generic creatine products had an average DCD content of 110 mg/kg, more than twice the EFSA limit. Creapure® had an average DCD content of 20 mg/kg, which is 2,5× below the limit. No DHT was detected in the Creapure® raw ingredient.7 In practice, this means you get truly pure Creapure® in every capsule, without unnecessary impurities.2

Why choose capsules?

Form is not a minor detail. It determines whether you actually take the product. Each capsule contains pure Creapure® creatine monohydrate enclosed in a plant-based hypromellose (HPMC) shell – just like the powder version, the active ingredient is original Creapure® with 99,9 % purity. The capsule form does not change its effectiveness (which is the same for the same substance); it simply provides a convenient, precise way to deliver the active ingredient to your body.

Key benefits of the capsule form:

  • Precise dosing: With powder, you use a scoop that hardly anyone fills consistently – sometimes heaped, sometimes level, with differences between servings potentially reaching several hundred milligrams. Capsules take the guesswork out entirely: count out exactly 5 capsules, swallow with water and be sure you are getting exactly 3 250 mg of Creapure® creatine monohydrate, today and three months from now. This consistency is essential with creatine, because its effect depends on regular daily intake and gradually saturating muscle stores, not on a single pre-workout dose.
  • Convenience without the taste or mixing: Creatine monohydrate has a distinctive taste in water that many find unpleasant, and it dissolves more slowly in colder water, leaving small lumps at the bottom of the glass. A capsule bypasses this step entirely – simply swallow it with water, with no mixing or washing up.
  • Practical on the go: Pack capsules in your bag for training or a business trip without the risk of spilling powder or needing a shaker. With food supplements, this simplicity is often what makes the difference in taking them consistently – and with creatine, consistency matters more than anything else.
Why choose capsules?

Who is this creatine suitable for?

  • Strength athletes who want an extra 1–2 reps per set.
  • CrossFitters, sprinters, MMA fighters and HYROX participants looking for better performance during repeated short, intense intervals.
  • Anyone who dislikes mixing and the taste of powder - swallow the capsules in a few seconds, with nothing to mix.
  • People on the go – capsules are ideal for training away from home, work and holidays.
  • Women who want a stronger body, firmer glutes and better performance.
  • Vegans and vegetarians, as a plant-based diet provides virtually no creatine, so they stand to benefit the most from it.
  • People taking GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro), as it will help minimise muscle loss during a calorie deficit.
  • People aged 50+, as creatine slows age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) and supports cognitive function.1

A completely low-quality blend; this creatine does neither strength nor muscles—nothing. Don’t let it be sold; it will not do you any good and it doesn’t reflect well on you.
