How to change the padlock combination
The default unlock code is 0-0-0
- The padlock unlocks upon entering the correct combination of digits and pressing the heart-shaped button.
- Leave it unlocked.
- To change the code, use a pen or another similar object with a thin, sharp point.
- Locate a small hole with a hidden button underneath the digits.
- Press the button using the pointy object and hold it down.
- Enter the new combination of digits.
- After releasing the pressure on the hidden button, the new passcode will be set in place.
- Lock the padlock up again by shutting the shackle and changing the digits displayed.

I had a bit of trouble installing the code. I’ll tell you what you need to do: take a pen and press the gray button into the base of the heart shape, and while holding it, turn the code dials. This is a little tricky—you might slip the pen and release the button. Attention! At this moment, do not touch the dials, and be sure to remember the code you get. Otherwise, later you may have to spend a long time deciphering your own lock code if you turn the dials without remembering their positions. In this situation, you cannot reset the code or change it, because the button can no longer be pressed in—the button is pressed in only when the correct lock code is set. The lock holds firmly and reliably. I like the steel cable in silicone instead of the standard loop. To open the lock, set the correct code and press the heart-shaped button. To close it, simply insert the cable into the hole until it clicks, and then turn the dials to a random set of numbers that does not match your correct lock code.
