Egg Albumin - a protein powder derived from egg whites that contains slow digesting proteins

Egg Albumin is an egg protein powder, which is obtained from egg whites. These are among the popular sources of protein that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Additionally, the amino acids in this protein powder are absorbed gradually, which helps to continuously supply the body with building materials. This makes it useful before going to bed or at a time when you are unable to get your hands on solid food for several hours.

Egg Albumin also boasts a low fat and sugar content, which results in it being a pure source of protein, especially considering the unflavoured version. Last but not least, it does not contain lactose or milk protein, which makes it perfectly suitable even for people who avoid these substances and are looking for other sources of protein. A great bonus is that the product is also GLP‑1 friendly.

Egg Albumin comes in the form of a well-soluble powder, which you can mix together with water to create a delicious shake. However, it also tastes great when added to porridges, smoothies or other meals, which it will enrich with a great taste and important proteins.

I didn’t understand why some people complain that the protein foams. Protein simply foams when mixed—that’s something every good homemaker knows. And so, thanks to these “complainers,” the

Solubility is very poor. Taste is disgusting. There are undissolved particles left, like little balls; fortunately they stay at the bottom of the shaker, and if you try to swallow them, they stick to

I bought this as an alternative to the classic protein (and I also read up on the benefits of egg-white protein). By the way, it turns out that I actually prefer it. You integrate the drink into your everyday routine—it’s fantastic :)

Excellent product. I mix one scoop of the blend with water, let it simmer for a few minutes, and I feel strong and healthy ever since I started using this powdered egg mixture. :)

Overall, I am satisfied with the product because, despite my lactose intolerance, I can consume it, and it is a great supplement for my active lifestyle and the nutrition that comes with it. The downside is that when mixed with water, it becomes extremely foamy, and that it does not dissolve properly—no matter how long a person tries to stir it, there are still larger protein clumps left in the solution, and it easily and well sticks to the inside wall of the shaker.

My personal trainer recommended the product, and it’s very good—I’m very satisfied. The composition is perfect for me. I usually take it before sleep and sometimes also between meals.

Classic – egg whites. Protein content: maximum. Who needs to increase their protein intake—ideal. If you want to treat your taste buds, go to a pastry shop—you’ll get it, but the flavor is nothing special; I’m talking about the unflavoured version. I haven’t tried the chocolate yet; next time it will be my first choice.

The protein composition is great… it is free from fat, cholesterol, and lactose. This protein is ideal for a competition diet as well. The solubility and the taste are also good—I use it after training, about 40 grams of protein, and I weigh 84 kg. :)

Yesterday this product arrived for me. Exceptionally delicious—literally dessert :), I was pleasantly surprised! As for the rest, I’ve only just started using it—I’ll let you know in a month.

The protein composition is great: no sugars, fats, or gluten… pure proteins. The protein is suitable for weight loss and also for a competition diet. Dissolving and taste are also very good—only it could foam a little less. I use it after training, about 40 grams, and I weigh 84 kg. I had to change the whey protein because I had a digestion problem.

I really like the chocolate flavor :) I like the taste. The only thing that bothers me is the sucralose in it, because this is not a natural sweetener. My experience with how well it dissolves is mixed: it doesn’t dissolve very well in water. In coconut milk it works better, but for me there are still pieces left in it even if I shake it in the shaker for a long time. I haven’t tried it with milk either, and I can’t drink milk.

The price, the ingredients, and the taste are all good as well. Since I really like it, I would really like it to be available in more flavors too.
