I ordered the product last week because it was discounted and I wanted to try a new fat burner. In general, my experience with thermogenic/complex fat burners is that once I start taking them, I start sweating excessively all day long—obviously that’s extremely unpleasant, and then I stop once I can’t take it anymore. With the exception of one or two fat burners (Scitech – Revex 16, Biotech – Blade), the result has always been similar. In general, I didn’t really feel an appetite-suppressing effect; it was mostly just that I ended up sweating during my workouts and outside of them, too. This is the first fat burner that noticeably reduced my appetite, and my energy levels also increased. After the very first dose, I trained with weights around midday that day, and then in the evening I did a 90-minute martial arts session. Even though I sweated a lot—and my pulse may have been a bit higher than it should have been (after +1 dose of Hotblood before the workout)—I didn’t feel bad or burned out at all, and I was able to handle the workout really well. So far, it looks like an excellent product. However, regarding how to take it, I find it a bit unusual that they recommend taking it before your main meal. I would rather take it in the morning on an empty stomach, then again in the afternoon between two meals—also on an empty stomach.
