Parboiled rice 41% (water, parboiled rice), sauce 28% (water, peeled tomatoes, apple juice concentrate, rapeseed oil, tomato puree, cornstarch, salt, spices, lemon juice concentrate, garlic, herbs), chicken fillet 21% (breast fillet, salt), vegetables 9% (corn 3.3%, red beans 2.4%, red peppers, onions).

Instructions 

2 preparation options: 

1. Pierce or open the lid and put the package in a microwave. Heat at 850 W for 2.5 minutes.

2. Pour the contents of the package into a frying pan or saucepan. Heat for 10 minutes.
