Ginger Shot is a strong concentrate for those who love bold flavours. It is made up of 60% ginger juice, which gives it its spiciness. To balance the sharpness, we've added coconut water to soften the taste. Of course, there's also honey, which pleasantly sweetens the shot. The overall harmony is then complemented by a slightly sour lemon. You’ll enjoy the concentrated flavour best when you drink the shot on its own. If it’s too strong for you, you can dilute it with hot water and drink it as a tea, which is especially nice during the winter months. Cold press juicing technology
In cold press technology, fruits or vegetables are pressed, meaning it is not juicing in the strictest sense. A hydraulic press is used, which slowly and systematically extracts juice under pressure. No heat is generated during the process, unlike with rotary blades. Since heat destroys sensitive enzymes, nutrients, and even the natural taste and colour, it is undesirable in juicing. When blades are used, unwanted residual fibres are also included in the product. Cold press is the only juicing technology that uses the full potential of the raw materials and generates minimal waste. During cold pressing, no air enters the juice. The juice is not aerated, no heat is produced, and as a result, all the nutrients, minerals, and enzymes remain in the juice. No preservatives are used in production, so the final product is characterized by its pure composition.
