If you do not want any sweeteners or aromas, opt for the unflavored version – it is pure whey and nothing else. You can also use it for baking or in savory recipes.
Why whey is the reference source of protein
Whey protein contains a complete spectrum of essential amino acids and, among common protein sources, has one of the highest proportions of leucine.³ Combined with the highest class of absorbability, this is why scientific literature refers to it as the reference source of protein for strength training. The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) has dedicated a separate official position statement to it.²
For whom is Just Whey suitable?

Isolate and hydrolysate contain less lactose. Hydrolysate is additionally broken down into shorter peptides. We have added six digestive enzymes. Furthermore, calcium from whey contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
2. Strength sports and bodybuilding
Three sources of whey and more than 22 g of protein per serving. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
3. Individuals losing weight, following a reduction diet, or using GLP-1 products who wish to avoid muscle loss
In a caloric deficit, protein intake is essential for maintaining muscle mass.⁵
4. Women who wish to tone their physique

In just a few seconds, you have more than 22 g of protein in your shaker. No cooking or preparation required.
Dosage and Usage
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30 g) with 200 to 300 ml of water or milk in a shaker. This provides your body with at least 22 g of protein and 6.5 g of BCAA. Consume 1 to 3 times daily as needed and according to your total protein intake.
- With water, the drink is lighter; with milk, it is creamier and contains higher levels of protein and calories, which is suitable for bulking.
- You can also add protein to porridge, smoothies, yogurt, or batter for pancakes and muffins.
- The unflavoured version can also be used in savoury dishes, such as pizza dough, sauces, or soups.
