I’ve been taking protein powder since 1999 and I think these are among the worst I have ever tried. I can’t understand how they could have such positive reviews. I realize that people are unaware, since I too worked in the production sector for years. I could list a multitude of negative points, but I’ll stop at the fact that they are far too sweet, yet with an almost bitter aftertaste; the taste is awful. The oats flakes don’t dissolve properly and remain powdery. I have never tried protein with all these defects together. Unfortunately, I can give less than 1 star, but I would. Dosage and Usage
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30 g) with 200 to 300 ml of water or milk in a shaker. This provides your body with at least 22 g of protein and 6.5 g of BCAA. Consume 1 to 3 times daily as needed and according to your total protein intake.
- With water, the drink is lighter; with milk, it is creamier and contains higher levels of protein and calories, which is suitable for bulking.
- You can also add protein to porridge, smoothies, yogurt, or batter for pancakes and muffins.
- The unflavoured version can also be used in savoury dishes, such as pizza dough, sauces, or soups.

I’ve been taking protein powder since 1999 and I think these are among the worst I have ever tried. I can’t understand how they could have such positive reviews. I realize that people are unaware, since I too worked in the production sector for years. I could list a multitude of negative points, but I’ll stop at the fact that they are far too sweet, yet with an almost bitter aftertaste; the taste is awful. The oats flakes don’t dissolve properly and remain powdery. I have never tried protein with all these defects together. Unfortunately, I can give less than 1 star, but I would.
