Multifunctional Pull-Up Bar is an excellent training aid for home exercise. It is easy to install and great to exercise the upper body, especially the muscles of the chest, back, abdomen and hands. The bar is made of iron and polypropylene and has a load capacity of 100 kg. Multifunctional pull-up bar does not need to be screwed. Instructions for assembling the pull-up bar are included in the package.

I perceive it as a robust structure. With the screws tightened properly, I can pull myself onto it with even up to around 100 kg, and it does not move or creak. Of course, the quality of the door frame also matters. Also, it cannot be used just anywhere: if the wall thickness (and therefore the door frame thickness as well) is more than 15–20 cm, I don’t think it would work. I missed this information in the description, but since I didn’t experience any other downsides, I’m giving it 5 stars. Because of its dimensions, storage is indeed cumbersome. And if someone thought that, with a structure like this, you could close the door while it is installed on the door frame, then they should reconsider the purchase. I bought it for my son; I only tested it myself. However, because of the characteristics of our walls, we preferred the door-frame solution, so it is perfectly suitable for maintaining fitness at home. It cannot replace gym equipment, but for this price, I don’t think it should. So: 5 stars, because it delivers what I expected.Was this review helpful to you?
