The Optimum Nutrition protein shake is almost indistinguishable from the Whey Gold Protein. The only difference is that you have it within reach at any time in a plastic bottle and, if you want it, it’s ready-made anytime. The cold taste is even better, and on hot summer days it’s an excellent refreshing drink after a tough workout. You should shake it gently before use, as it may settle at the bottom of the bottle. After opening, it forms a slight foam that dissipates quickly. If you shake it, it doesn’t form lumps; it has a fine consistency, and its delicious taste is also very refreshing. After your workout, it will curb your hunger for a while and provide your body with a good dose of amino acids, which will ensure perfect recovery. The very practical bottle fits anywhere and there is no risk of it leaking, which cannot be said about some shakers.

Flavor: chocolate, vanillaVanília, jobb, mint a csokis… Ízre mindkettő szinte olyan, mint a Danone puding. Könnyű shake, lusta embereknek, munkahelyre.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Matúš

Flavor: chocolate, strawberry, vanillaA high-protein shake from Optimum Nutrition is almost indistinguishable from the Gold Standard protein. The only difference is that you have it within reach at any time in a plastic bottle and, if you wish, chilled as a “ready to drink” option. Chilled, it tastes even better, and on hot summer days it refreshes you wonderfully after a tough workout. Before use, shake it gently, as it may settle at the bottom of the bottle. After opening, a slight foam forms, but it quickly settles. The protein shake has no lumps; it has a smooth consistency and its delicious taste will give you a refreshing treat. After your workout, it keeps hunger at bay for a moment and provides your body with a solid dose of amino acids, ensuring perfect recovery. The handy bottle fits anywhere and there is no risk of leaking—which unfortunately cannot be said for some other shakes.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Marta
