The 1 kg jar lasts me for a couple of months. It’s the perfect addition to breakfasts, an extra source of protein: 37 g of protein per 100 g. I absolutely love adding it to porridge. It’s also very tasty with pancakes or fluffy American-style pancakes (pancakes). I also add it to baking—an excellent addition to muffins or creams in healthy (PP) cakes. The spread has no chemical aftertaste. I bought the flavour with salted caramel; it’s pleasantly sweet, not overly sugary like some nut butters.
