Soy Isolate - a plant-based protein powder with a favourable amino acid spectrum and a delicious taste that stands out in dishes and drinks

Soy Isolate is a plant-based protein powder with the content of a spectrum of amino acids that most closely resembles that of a whey protein powder. This is what makes it the go-to choice of vegans, but also other people. It boasts a high content of high-quality protein, which will help with muscle growth and maintaining the health of bones. It is sure to be appreciated by athletes who are engaged in strength training and want to achieve the best results regarding muscle growth. In connection with this, we must highlight the fact that of all the essential amino acids included, the most represented one is leucine.

However, this protein powder makes for a great companion even for every enthusiast of a healthy lifestyle. This is because of several reasons. The first is its favourable ingredient profile, as it contains no gluten or lactose, which makes it suitable for people who avoid these substances. It contains no fat, has a low sugar content, and is also GLP-1 friendly. This makes Soy Isolate suitable even for the most demanding athletes, such as fitness athletes or bodybuilders in prep, who keep a close eye on literally every gram of sugar, fat, and protein. Next we have its delicious taste, due to which it once again ranks among the top tier plant-based protein powders.

Last but not least, it is well-soluble, which is yet another benefit when compared to many other plant-based proteins. This makes it an optimal choice for preparing a post-workout drink. That said, you can also add it to smoothies, your favourite porridge, desserts and other dishes, which it will enrich with a fair dose of protein. This will come especially handy if you are trying to maintain a balanced diet and want to enrich each dish with enough of all macronutrients.

No matter if your goal is to gain muscle mass, lose weight or eat healthy and stay in shape, in all these cases, it is important that your diet contains enough protein. Soy Isolate is therefore an effective way to meet the recommended daily protein intake, and as a result, get closer to your goals.

I don’t understand what you keep making a fuss about, taste… when you want taste, then take curd, meat, soy—whatever you like. I take the protein to supplement the protein I don’t get in my diet. I

Don't buy it because both the vanilla and the chocolate flavor are awful! If, for some reason, you still decide to buy it, I advise you to mix it with banana, strawberry, and kiwi—also acceptable.

    Flavor: vanilla
Vanilla flavour is okay, but the solubility is poor and it foams a lot. However, the ratio of price and ingredients is excellent. If you don’t mind the mentioned drawbacks and are looking for a cheap source of protein, you’ll be satisfied. Next time I’ll buy a different one.

I commend not only this protein, but also the other supplements from Gymbeam. Excellent flavors, solubility, and ingredients at perfect prices. Thank you, and I highly recommend it.

    Flavor: vanilla
It has absolutely no solubility. All I got from it was a kind of mash. With a larger amount of water you could drink it, but then the taste would be watery. The vanilla flavour is disgusting. The soy aftertaste predominates. One gulp and it stuck with me.

The vanilla aroma is very good, but the product packaging leaves something to be desired. The bag is not resealable, even though it appears to have that resealing system.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from it, but the price caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try. And I have to say, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a better protein in my life (vanilla flavour). I recommend it to everyone; I will definitely buy it again.

I have already tried many proteins, even rice protein, but this soy protein is the first one for me, so I have no real basis for comparison with other soy proteins. However, I really can’t seem to get it down my throat after I shake it up in a shaker. It’s so foamy, as if I were pouring a liter of dishwashing liquid into the container and shaking it. I can’t even swallow that foam—it’s so bland and thick. The soy protein itself that dissolves in the water goes down fine; it has a slight vanilla flavor, but unfortunately the aftertaste, in my opinion, is like stale bread. I baked part of it into pancakes, and then it was at least quite edible and contained some protein. Still, I would like to know: does it foam this much for others as well? Or is there a different way to prepare it—so you don’t have to mix it in a shaker like the other proteins?

According to the nutrition table, it should be a real powerhouse. But again, I cannot really assess it. I only evaluate the sensory properties. Dissolving is catastrophic. In your hand it doesn’t go smooth—still lumpy. The Nutribullet can handle it. And it foams like crazy. That the “cappuccino” is, compared to this, like thin water. I ordered the vanilla to change the taste. But I should have stuck with chocolate. Otherwise, in chocolate, all these little “junk” things (well, proteins) are, in my opinion, the greatest guarantee that it will taste roughly the same. I’ll have to get through it somehow, but next time I’ll buy something else. Or maybe it’s only the vanilla that foams so much. Damn, why don’t they just leave it at that?? ???

    Flavor: vanilla
Great protein—at this price, you can’t get the same quality anywhere else. In addition, it’s sweet (but not overly sweet), so it pleasantly satisfies your craving for sweets and unhealthy snacks. Some people might be surprised by the taste, but soy has an enormous number of positive effects, so for me it’s a top choice. I ordered the vanilla flavor, but I’ll try the chocolate too :) Excellent for pancakes, white yogurt with muesli, or just with water/milk. + low carbohydrate content + high BCAA content (excellent especially during more demanding training periods and at the start of the season)

I was pleasantly surprised (even despite some negative reviews) by its taste and consistency. Excellent—also for baking, etc. So, from my perspective, I’m satisfied :-)

Hello, I won’t write about flavours, but about what it does—so crea7in + glutamine + Bcaa 4:1:1 + soy isolate protein + whey / I mixed these two together / + biosterol and testoplast—it’s available in CZ for about €13, for the joints Alavis. If you train consistently and follow the dosage, and possibly a bit more now and then, then in a month you’ll see results. I’m over 50, and it works excellently for me, and that’s with my lower testosterone level. By the way, my drink during workouts is made from a dose of Crea7in, glutamine, and Bcaa. Good luck.
