Soy Isolate is one of the most popular plant-based protein powders. Its amino acid spectrum most closely resembles that of a whey protein powder, which makes it especially popular among vegans. Therefore, not only athletes on a plant-based diet will benefit from its properties that help with the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It tastes great in the form of a protein shake, in desserts and other sweet dishes.

Flavor: vanillaThese proteins are economical and pleasantly soluble in water.... Unfortunately, they have certain characteristics that make them not suitable for everything. 1. They cannot be drunk because they are too nauseating and thick/pasty 2. They require an indescribable amount of water 3. They are too sweet They work well in warm preparations such as porridge with added oats and various toppings; in a cake by replacing 1/3 of the flour and adding double the amount of liquid, and in pancakes. Obviously, when using these proteins, there is no need to add sugar... I would not recommend them very much, but they are acceptable.... With GymBeam, I will try the other category with soy, but with a neutral taste ☺Was this review helpful to you?Bogdan

Flavor: chocolate, vanillaThe vanilla aroma and the chocolate aroma are really excellent. Good value for money, just “get over” that sandy effect that the protein has, requiring more milk/water—100–150 ml in total. Was this review helpful to you?Marian

Flavor: chocolateI don’t usually post reviews, but for this product I couldn’t help myself. I ordered the chocolate version and it is absolutely awful—extremely hard to swallow. I don’t know if I’ll be able to find a combination to make it at least acceptable and that I can actually consume. Was this review helpful to you?Ani

Flavor: vanillaI bought a package of vanilla last year; I used only a little and infrequently, so it only ran out now. I don’t know what it compares to, because this is my first protein powder in my life. Compared to the other powders, I chose it because of its cheaper price, and I will be buying this again in the future. Mixed with water, I don’t like it, but it tastes very good in cold milk! Was this review helpful to you?Ákos

Flavor: chocolateI have tried soy protein from several brands, but so far this is by far the best. I bought the chocolate one. It dissolves well, tastes very good, and has no unpleasant aftertaste. Was this review helpful to you?zsolt

Flavor: chocolateIf I rate the price-to-performance ratio, it’s great, but it’s not exactly tasty. If you drink a little water, it’s like jelly, and if you drink more, it’s like you’re drinking cement. But as I said, the price-to-performance ratio is excellent :DWas this review helpful to you?Alexandru

Flavor: vanillaI picked the chocolate variant, and it’s absolutely wow in terms of taste. I wasn’t a fan of protein powders, but after someone recommended this product, I don’t regret buying it.Was this review helpful to you?Ctef

Flavor: chocolateAs many people as there are opinions. I use it as a supplement for nut-based grain porridges. It blends in very well (the chocolate one). It gives them a thicker consistency and a pleasant taste and sweetness. When I compare it with others, one serving contains a good amount of protein. Price/quality: 5. I also use the unflavoured whey protein from Gymbeam. Mainly as an addition to smoothies and cottage cheese. Was this review helpful to you?Veron

Flavor: chocolateI would really, really like to praise this soy protein (I have the chocolate one) ???? I was worried about the taste because from other brands, their vegan protein really did not taste good at all—it was impossible to drink (it had a flour-like aftertaste). But still, I decided to give it a try and ordered it, giving GymBeam another chance, because my partner and I had bought their classic True Whey proteins from them, in various flavours, and we liked them so much that after every workout we were looking forward to them. It tastes divine! Unfortunately, I found out that I’m intolerant to whey, so I had to give it up. I tried this soy one instead, but I really have to admit that compared to competing brands, this is heaven ???? I’m so happy that I found a suitable alternative ???????????? I recommend it!Was this review helpful to you?
