This will be my first, and likely also my last, soy protein. I’ve been on a plant-based diet for some time now, and I’ve had absolutely no issues with soy. But this is a disaster. It has a chocolate flavor. Maybe like Polish chocolate—two months past its expiry date. As for solubility, it’s probably even worse. I used the amount of water I normally do, but what I ended up with was something like an ytong block. I’ll drink it somehow—I don’t like wasting—but to improve the taste, I’d rather just add a few drops of Tabasco.
