Soy Isolate - a plant-based protein powder with a favourable amino acid spectrum and a delicious taste that stands out in dishes and drinks

Soy Isolate is a plant-based protein powder with the content of a spectrum of amino acids that most closely resembles that of a whey protein powder. This is what makes it the go-to choice of vegans, but also other people. It boasts a high content of high-quality protein, which will help with muscle growth and maintaining the health of bones. It is sure to be appreciated by athletes who are engaged in strength training and want to achieve the best results regarding muscle growth. In connection with this, we must highlight the fact that of all the essential amino acids included, the most represented one is leucine.

However, this protein powder makes for a great companion even for every enthusiast of a healthy lifestyle. This is because of several reasons. The first is its favourable ingredient profile, as it contains no gluten or lactose, which makes it suitable for people who avoid these substances. It contains no fat, has a low sugar content, and is also GLP-1 friendly. This makes Soy Isolate suitable even for the most demanding athletes, such as fitness athletes or bodybuilders in prep, who keep a close eye on literally every gram of sugar, fat, and protein. Next we have its delicious taste, due to which it once again ranks among the top tier plant-based protein powders.

Last but not least, it is well-soluble, which is yet another benefit when compared to many other plant-based proteins. This makes it an optimal choice for preparing a post-workout drink. That said, you can also add it to smoothies, your favourite porridge, desserts and other dishes, which it will enrich with a fair dose of protein. This will come especially handy if you are trying to maintain a balanced diet and want to enrich each dish with enough of all macronutrients.

No matter if your goal is to gain muscle mass, lose weight or eat healthy and stay in shape, in all these cases, it is important that your diet contains enough protein. Soy Isolate is therefore an effective way to meet the recommended daily protein intake, and as a result, get closer to your goals.

I don’t understand what you keep making a fuss about, taste… when you want taste, then take curd, meat, soy—whatever you like. I take the protein to supplement the protein I don’t get in my diet. I

Don't buy it because both the vanilla and the chocolate flavor are awful! If, for some reason, you still decide to buy it, I advise you to mix it with banana, strawberry, and kiwi—also acceptable.

    Flavor: salted caramel
I bought the salted caramel one. It tastes much better than I expected. One thing I don’t like about it... it foams a lot. The chocolate one dissolves much better and doesn’t foam this much.

The taste of salted caramel is absolutely awful. I do not recommend it

    Flavor: chocolate
Tastes like a residue aftertaste, as if you were drinking water with sand. It is sweet, but it will scratch your throat immediately. I bought it just to try it because I only needed 1 kg, but it went straight to the bin. I do not recommend it at all. It’s better to pay a bit more for whey or “anabolic” from the Gymbeam brand. Even though it is only slightly sweet, you won’t feel sick from it.

Never in my life have I tasted something more disgusting. No matter what I tried—drinking it with water, milk, in an oatmeal pudding, or with chia pudding—the taste is something hard to imagine. Money thrown away—this garbage went straight into the trash can. Absolutely disgusting….

    Flavor: chocolate
The best flavors are chocolate and banana! Unfortunately, salted caramel is a crime; none of it suited me because it has a completely different texture. Soy protein draws in a lot of water, so you should add more water when you drink it or when you cook it with oats!

Unlike others, this soy protein makes the shake much creamier and denser—almost like a pudding. I use it a lot, both in my morning oatmeal and in protein pancakes.

This worked best for me. All the other brands’ vegan protein powders were awful. This one dissolves well in water, has a pleasant taste, and doesn’t have a muddy texture. I usually add 1 serving to my morning oatmeal, and it gives it a delicious pudding-like texture and flavor. I’ll stick with this one!

    Flavor: banana
Excellent, dissolves easily, reminds one of a childlike banana flavor

First of all, 1 cup contains only 21g, not 30g per serving as recommended... Finally, a 30g serving mixed with 300ml of water is still fairly thick, but still—baubila.... So the consistency is very creamy and slightly gritty; it’s not really a pleasure. As for the taste, I won’t even comment—it’s too subjective. I hope it tastes better in pudding with oats and yogurt! Good luck!

    Flavor: vanilla
A vanilla flavor is absolutely terrible—this is the world’s worst proteins from 20 years ago. It dissolves, but that’s the only positive aspect. It tastes bad even while drinking, but the aftertaste is dreadful as well. I only recommend it for ascetics and fakirs.
