Soy Isolate – plant-based protein with up to 87 % protein and laboratory-verified purity

Soy Isolate is the most concentrated plant-based protein in our range. Depending on the flavour, it contains up to 87 g of protein per 100 g, so a single 30g serving provides up to 26 g of protein. This helps support muscle growth and maintenance.

It is also fat-free and low in sugars. Each serving provides just around 110 kcal, which is ideal when losing weight and every calorie counts. It contains no gluten, lactose or milk protein and is suitable for vegans.

Made from non-genetically modified soy

The isolate is made exclusively from non-genetically modified soybeans. Much of the world's soy production is genetically modified, so this cannot be taken for granted, and the manufacturer confirms it for every batch.

The raw material has a declared content of at least 90 % protein on a dry matter basis, no more than 0,5 % fat and no more than 0,5 % fibre. The specified grind size is 100 mesh, minimum 95 %, so the powder does not form lumps. The pH of the aqueous solution stays between 6,5 and 7,5, within the neutral range.

Plant-based protein that matches whey protein

Plant proteins have one drawback compared to dairy proteins. Almost all of them lack an essential amino acid, one that the body cannot produce on its own. Pea protein, for example, lacks methionine, while rice protein lacks lysine. As a result, the body can only use part of the protein consumed.

Soy isolate has no such gap. It contains all nine essential amino acids in sufficient amounts, setting it apart from other plant proteins.

This is also confirmed by scientific assessments of protein quality. The PDCAAS score combines amino acid composition and digestibility into a single number from zero to one. Soy isolate achieves a score of 1,00,1 the same as whey protein, casein or egg white. Pea protein scores around 0,9, while rice protein scores lower.

A 30 g serving therefore provides 9,3 g of essential amino acids, including 4,65 g of BCAA. The most abundant is leucine at 8,1 %, the amino acid most frequently studied in relation to muscle growth.

Mixes without lumps, even in a basic shaker

Plant-based proteins have a reputation for being difficult to mix and leaving a grainy texture. With soy isolate, mixability can be measured.

The specification states a nitrogen solubility index (NSI) of at least 88 %. This laboratory parameter indicates how much of the protein actually dissolves in water. This is a high value for a plant-based protein, and you will notice the difference in your shaker: it mixes easily without lumps or sediment at the bottom.

This makes the isolate suitable for more than just drinks. You can also add it to porridge, smoothies or pancake batter without changing the texture of your food.

We test each flavour separately, not just one batch

Soy isolate is finished and packaged in Germany, at a facility that meets IFS, ISO and HACCP standards.

We then have the finished product independently tested. Each flavour is checked by German laboratories accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and registered with DAkkS. Testing covers levels of lead, cadmium and mercury as well as microbiological purity, checking for yeasts, moulds, coliform bacteria and salmonella.

In all tested batches, heavy metal levels were well below legal limits, and the laboratories confirmed compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/915, which sets maximum levels for contaminants in food.

The full reports are openly available in the Laboratory Tests section on the product page.

I don’t understand what you keep making a fuss about, taste… when you want taste, then take curd, meat, soy—whatever you like. I take the protein to supplement the protein I don’t get in my diet. I

Don't buy it because both the vanilla and the chocolate flavor are awful! If, for some reason, you still decide to buy it, I advise you to mix it with banana, strawberry, and kiwi—also acceptable.

    Flavor: vanilla
It has absolutely no solubility. All I got from it was a kind of mash. With a larger amount of water you could drink it, but then the taste would be watery. The vanilla flavour is disgusting. The soy aftertaste predominates. One gulp and it stuck with me.

The vanilla aroma is very good, but the product packaging leaves something to be desired. The bag is not resealable, even though it appears to have that resealing system.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from it, but the price caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try. And I have to say, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a better protein in my life (vanilla flavour). I recommend it to everyone; I will definitely buy it again.

I have already tried many proteins, even rice protein, but this soy protein is the first one for me, so I have no real basis for comparison with other soy proteins. However, I really can’t seem to get it down my throat after I shake it up in a shaker. It’s so foamy, as if I were pouring a liter of dishwashing liquid into the container and shaking it. I can’t even swallow that foam—it’s so bland and thick. The soy protein itself that dissolves in the water goes down fine; it has a slight vanilla flavor, but unfortunately the aftertaste, in my opinion, is like stale bread. I baked part of it into pancakes, and then it was at least quite edible and contained some protein. Still, I would like to know: does it foam this much for others as well? Or is there a different way to prepare it—so you don’t have to mix it in a shaker like the other proteins?

According to the nutrition table, it should be a real powerhouse. But again, I cannot really assess it. I only evaluate the sensory properties. Dissolving is catastrophic. In your hand it doesn’t go smooth—still lumpy. The Nutribullet can handle it. And it foams like crazy. That the “cappuccino” is, compared to this, like thin water. I ordered the vanilla to change the taste. But I should have stuck with chocolate. Otherwise, in chocolate, all these little “junk” things (well, proteins) are, in my opinion, the greatest guarantee that it will taste roughly the same. I’ll have to get through it somehow, but next time I’ll buy something else. Or maybe it’s only the vanilla that foams so much. Damn, why don’t they just leave it at that?? ???

Great protein—at this price, you can’t get the same quality anywhere else. In addition, it’s sweet (but not overly sweet), so it pleasantly satisfies your craving for sweets and unhealthy snacks. Some people might be surprised by the taste, but soy has an enormous number of positive effects, so for me it’s a top choice. I ordered the vanilla flavor, but I’ll try the chocolate too :) Excellent for pancakes, white yogurt with muesli, or just with water/milk. + low carbohydrate content + high BCAA content (excellent especially during more demanding training periods and at the start of the season)

Hello, I won’t write about flavours, but about what it does—so crea7in + glutamine + Bcaa 4:1:1 + soy isolate protein + whey / I mixed these two together / + biosterol and testoplast—it’s available in CZ for about €13, for the joints Alavis. If you train consistently and follow the dosage, and possibly a bit more now and then, then in a month you’ll see results. I’m over 50, and it works excellently for me, and that’s with my lower testosterone level. By the way, my drink during workouts is made from a dose of Crea7in, glutamine, and Bcaa. Good luck.
