Now I was reading some reviews...jajajaj,this isn’t a sweets shop. And mixing protein with milk? Milk is not a drink, or water! After all, protein (at least this one) is whey—from milk. You pour milk with milk into your stomach, and the digestive system has something to do. That shake will waste its effect and you’ll end up with more belly than biceps :-). The muscle after training is damaged, and we have to give it nutrients as soon as possible (quickly digestible food/nutrition products—foods). Keep in mind that gaining in size and strength will last only as long as the stress and strain from training force the body to adapt. Muscles, as such, don’t have a brain. They’re simply here and obediently do what you tell them to. You just have to do it sensibly. The chocolate + nuts flavor is excellent even with water; when I have a craving for something sweet in the evening, I also add a little milk. Dissolves perfectly. I take 10 g in the morning, 25 g after training, and 10 g before bedtime. No digestive issues. The measuring scoop in the package is useful, but I still have to weigh the contents on a digital scale, because the scoop does not have any gram markings.
