ReCharge Gel is an energy gel containing isomaltulose, which is a source of glucose and fructose. The composition is further supplemented with essential branched chain amino acids, also known as BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) in the form of leucine, isoleucine and valine. There is also glycine, alanine, carnosine and taurine, which is often found in energy drinks. Another interesting benefit is that consuming foods containing isomaltulose instead of sugar helps maintain tooth mineralisation, making it a great alternative to conventional energy gels.

Dosage

During physical activity, take 1-2 sachets per hour. Consume a maximum of 4 sachets per day, immediately after opening.
