The shaker itself is fine. The internal “mesh” under the lid is quite coarse—in essence it’s probably about eight arms all the way around, but it works. I added a metal insert to the shaker for better—or rather, easier and faster shaking. The biggest weak point is the metal rim around the top of the shaker. It’s poorly glued to the plastic underneath. I have two shakers and in both of them the rim separated from the lid very quickly. The solution is easy. Either leave it without the rim and your shaker lid will be completely black. Or just glue it back on with something better than the original adhesive.

Stainless steel shaker; it feels quite solid to the touch. The measuring cup is clearly visible even from inside, because it has been embossed into the metal. The shaker does not leak at all. Even though it doesn’t have a dense strainer, the protein (even a cheaper one) blends very well. HOWEVER, it has a few drawbacks. The strainer cannot be removed, so cleaning the lid and the strainer itself is more complicated. The lid’s drinking opening has unnecessary ridges where my protein dried up, making cleaning more difficult. However, if you plan to wash the shaker right after drinking, it wasn’t a problem. The issue only happened when I forgot to wash it. This mainly happens when someone carries a shaker from the gym…. For the price, though, it’s great. Someone here posted a photo of a broken-off top of the lid—this can be avoided by gripping and tightening by the metal part of the lid rather than tightening it by the drinking opening (even though it fits better in the hand that way). Overall, I recommend it. A big plus is that if you are as irresponsible as I am and leave protein in there for a week, the stainless steel doesn’t stink after washing like “a hundred horses,” and you don’t have to throw the shaker away. :D It’s €6… don’t think it over, buy it.

The shaker has poor quality. There is a metal ring around the entire plastic lid, which is attached with only a single dab of glue. After a few openings and closings of the shaker, the metal ring comes loose and falls off, leaving only the plastic lid. This does not affect the shaker’s functionality, but only its appearance.
