The muscle mass growth effect is noticeable already after a few weeks. When combined with a balanced diet rich in protein, BCAA, L-carnitine, overnight protein, aerobic activity, and strength training, you can feel a higher level of performance. Dosage: 1 tbsp in the morning, 1 tbsp in the evening. I tried it for a month as well in combination with HMB, and during strength training my strength increased noticeably. I am 37, and so I have tried taking Testosterol+ Biosterol for 40 days. I can clearly confirm an increase in libido, a gain in muscle mass, and a considerable increase in nervousness (up to aggressiveness, although I am a calm person) — which are, among other things, accompanying signs of elevated testosterone. So the products do work, but on the other hand, it should be noted that I truly exercised regularly and conscientiously and followed my diet, so that is also very important — not just the supplements. In any case, for that price I recommend trying it. P.S. For guys up to about 25 years old, in my opinion it’s unnecessary; you already have enough testosterone.
