I prepared it as a shake with blended banana and milk, oatmeal porridge with fruit, but I also tried the pure whey protein mixed with water. I liked it in every way; however, now I have vanilla ice cream, and honestly, that one isn’t such a big hit. It does the job, yes, but you can only prepare it in one way—like oatmeal porridge—although I must point out that it tastes, after heat treatment with milk and flakes, like vanilla pudding ???? However, as a shake… well… disgusting. Maybe someone else will have a different opinion.
