100% Micellar Casein - a genuine night protein for muscle nutrition during sleep

100% Micellar Casein is a quality source of sustained release proteins. Casein is also called night protein because it is a type of protein that should be taken in the evening before bedtime. It will ensure the release of amino acids during the night and for a longer period of time. Protein is for a human an important macronutrient because it supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, but also the maintenance of healthy bones. In a dose of micellar casein you will receive 24 g of protein and only a minimum of fat. You can prepare a shake from it, but it is also suitable for porridge or smoothies. Secure your muscles with protein, and at the same time enjoy one of its original flavours.

Flavor: strawberry cream, banana smooth, chocolate silk
I only bought the one with strawberries and the one with banana once; of those, the banana-flavored one was the tastier. I purchase the chocolate more often, and although this one seems to be the best, its quality is quite “inconsistent.” The 1 kg package from two purchases ago had a rather strange taste, as if some other, slightly fruity aroma had been mixed in with the chocolate—not really good... The 2 kg package from the previous time was the best so far—that one was impeccable both in taste and texture. The 2 kg pack I bought a few days ago became sweeter than usual, and I wasn’t able to homogenize the powder properly (mix it thoroughly). That’s why there are tiny, bean-sized pieces of cocoa in it that also don’t dissolve properly, even though I shake the shaker for minutes. If there’s any irregularity with this casein in the next purchase as well, then I think I won’t buy it again and will switch to a product from another manufacturer.

    Flavor: banana smooth
I have had whey and other casein proteins, and they have always kept me full during my evening hunger, but that clearly does not apply to this one. Personally, I didn’t like it. Next time, I’ll look for a different night protein from another brand.
