Amino Energy is a functional complex of amino acids and other substances for strength and endurance athletes and other active people. The base consists of branched chain amino acids known as BCAA and 7 other carefully selected amino acids. In addition, the formula also contains vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and supports normal immune function. It also contributes to normal energy metabolism and the proper functioning of the psyche and nervous system. However, there is also caffeine, which promotes alertness and concentration, which you will appreciate during every workout. The list of functional substances is rounded off by green tea and green coffee extracts.

In my opinion, it’s a pre-workout for people who don’t like pre-workouts. It doesn’t contain any weird stuff; I don’t feel very fast... I don’t feel like my skin is itching. It’s an amino acid (which you need) and caffeine (which is fine for training). It gives me a nice, steady source of energy. The first day I took it, I finished my workout and then about an hour later a client asked me. He was like, “Dude, what got you so hyped?” I was laughing. I did all the exercises the same way until I realized that I was feeling different.

    Detail more and why: I personally did not accept powders for training, because I am not an elite performance athlete. I accepted amino acids because otherwise, I would have been left without energy in the evening when I arrived at the workouts. And in the last stretch of the weight-loss process, I stagnated for about a month and a half. Honestly, I no longer had the motivation or the courage to keep going. 60 pros because in my case it worked (2 doses in 300 ml of water—before training). I had energy, yes—that’s it. 40 cons: because at night I couldn’t fall asleep anymore due to the high caffeine content, and because the taste—honestly—isn’t the best. I tried the cherry flavor… which is quite intense, more like cherry seeds, in my opinion… kind of bitter at the end, with a strange aftertaste.
