Arginine + Ornithine - an effective complex of two amino acids enriched with vitamin B12, which is suitable before strength and endurance training
Arginine + Ornithine is a blend of two amino acids in the form of a highly soluble powder. It contains arginine A.K.G, or l-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, which is the functional form of this amino acid. It also includes l-ornithine hydrochloride, the active form of ornithine. These two amino acids are popular components of pre-workout supplements used by both strength and endurance athletes.
In this product, they are complemented by vitamin B12, which has a number of functions in the body. It supports the proper function of the immune and nervous systems and the psyche. It also contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and normal energy metabolism, which ensures the release and consumption of energy. With amino acids, it thus forms a functional pre-workout. It is ideal for athletes who lift weights in the gym, rack up kilometres on the running track, or ride in the saddle of a bike.
Arginine + Ornithine comes in a convenient instant powder form that you simply mix in water or your favourite beverage and drink before your workout. You can choose from several refreshing fruit flavours, such as mango passion fruit or green apple. Thanks to its purely plant-based formula, it is also suitable for vegans.
Other benefits of the complex include the fact that the arginine contained is one of the NO supplements for pumping up muscles. This is especially appreciated by strength athletes before performance. Ornithine is also part of the ornithine (urea) cycle, which plays a role in the breakdown of waste products in the body.
