BIO Sushi Rice is naturally sticky, sweet-tasting and gluten-free

BIO Sushi Rice is a specially refined round grain rice with a delicate sweet taste and a naturally creamy consistency that acquires an ideal stickiness after cooking. It is this that makes it an indispensable ingredient for preparing authentic Japanese sushi. It holds its shape beautifully, is easy to form and pairs perfectly with other ingredients – from fresh fish to avocado and cucumber to tofu or tamago omelette. In addition to classic maki rolls, you can also use it for nigiri, uramaki, temaki (hand-shaped cones) or as a base for poke bowl and onigiri. However, if you like sticky rice with a sweet taste, you can also incorporate sushi rice into sweet dishes or use it as a classic side dish.

If you care about quality, you will be delighted to know that sushi rice comes from organic farming. Nutritionally, it is also rich in complex carbohydrates. It is naturally gluten-free, without added sugar or fat and very low in salt. This makes it fit into a balanced diet for anyone who cares about a healthy lifestyle and the quality of the ingredients used. Enjoy sushi and other delicacies made with this rice!
