Hello, I won’t be writing about flavors, but about what it takes, so: creatine + glutamine + BCAA 4:1:1 + soy protein isolate + whey. / I mixed these two together / + biosterol and testoplast – you can get them in the Czech Republic for about €13, for the joints Alavis. If you train diligently and follow the dosing, and maybe sometimes a bit more as well, then in a month you will see results. I’m over 50 and it works excellently—especially since my testosterone level is lower. So. The drink during workouts I have made from doses of creatine, glutamine, and BCAA.
