On our website, you will find verified product reviews that come from different sources, including verified purchases from our online shop. Our goal is to provide you, our customers, with authentic reviews and transparency regarding their origin as well as the review verification process. We have no influence on the reviews of our products on Google and social media, and we therefore cannot confirm their authenticity or intent.
Types of verified product reviews
Verified purchases
The “Verified purchase” label is assigned only to reviews for which it can be guaranteed that they originate from customers who purchased the product in our e-commerce store using a registered user account.
Unverified purchases
A review marked as “Unverified purchase” does not necessarily have to come from a customer who actually purchased one of our products. ‘Unverified purchase’ means that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of this review, because its author is either not registered under their account or is registered but did not purchase the specified product through our e-commerce store.

This percentage represents the average product quality rating obtained from all verified and unverified review sources.
Overall rating of verified purchases
This percentage represents the average product quality rating obtained from all verified reviews—i.e., customers who purchased the product in our e-commerce store using their user account.
Most helpful review
For each reviewed product, we select the most helpful positive and negative reviews. These ratings are automatically selected based on votes from customers who answered the question: “J”. Reviews with the highest number of positive or negative votes are automatically selected as the most helpful reviews.
Reviews from other countries
These ratings come from customers who rated our products on international GymBeam domains, such as gymbeam.sk, gymbeam.cz, gymbeam.com, gymbeam.it, gymbeam.de, gymbeam.hr, gymbeam.ua, gymbeam.bg, gymbeam.gr, gymbeam.hu, gymbeam.pl, gymbeam.ro, gymbeam.rs, gymbeam.si. They are automatically translated for you from the foreign language into Croatian using the Google Translate tool. You always have the option to “Show original” the review in the original language. Reviews from other countries are also obtained from verified and unverified sources.
Review approval
Each review goes through a fully automated review and approval process. In the event of service interruption, reviews remain pending and in the status “waiting for approval”, and the system will assess them as soon as possible.
If your review is not published, it may have violated the guidelines for customer reviews. In such cases, you have the opportunity to rewrite your review and submit it according to the rules. If you believe your review was rejected unfairly, you can contact our customer support for further assistance.
Reviews are not approved and published in the following cases:
- They contain external links, identity theft or links to malicious websites,
- They contain URL addresses with reseller/mediator labels or affiliate codes,
- They contain misleading or otherwise incorrect information (regarding price, ingredients, or product availability that may change over time), factually incorrect information, or information whose main purpose is to promote another company, website, or special offer,
- They contain questions or irrelevant information that does not relate to the product,
- They contain hate speech, vulgarity, harassment, threats, attacks on people, defamation, violence, fraud, illegal activities, and dangerous activities.
Reviews may contain information in which you recommend or do not recommend the product; they do not have to include specific information about the product’s taste, consistency, or appearance.
How to write a constructive review?
Your product review helps other customers as well as us. Thanks to you, we can continually improve our products; therefore, it is important to ensure that your rating is constructive—that is, based on your real experience with the product.
