Do not expect a thick chocolate sauce. There is no diet-friendly breaded eggplant? I mean… It is only called puff rice… The texture is interesting; I would describe it as sort of “hyg pudding,” so it spreads easily, “drizzles” nicely. It is sweet with a sweetener, but not bitter little pellets—very Steve-ish :P pleasant, I would say. According to my calculations, it is enough for about 30 servings. Taking into account that it has 9 calories per 100 ml, I think it is really good to add flavor to a rice-and-oats bowl, porridge, or fruit bowl toppings.
