Like all GymBeam butters, this one is also excellent. If you love coconut, you will surely enjoy it ???? When I opened the jar for the first time, I thought I had received coconut oil, because the oil rose to the surface and solidified; but once left at room temperature and mixed, the cream became homogeneous. This is the main drawback— it reacts very quickly to temperature: the cooler it is a bit in the room, the more it solidifies and you can no longer spread it. When you put it on a toast/anything that’s a little warm, the oil inside melts and the cream runs all over the place. I will use it for homemade bounty and other creams, rather than a spreadable cream, precisely for these reasons. The taste is okay, coconuty :))
