Dragon Well Green Tea (Longjing) is one of the most famous and sought-after loose-leaf Chinese green teas. It is made up of 100% Chinese Camellia sinensis tea leaves, which are typical for their flat shape. When steeped, it produces a beverage with a fresh, slightly nutty to chestnut flavour and a pleasant aroma. It is ideal for all lovers of an exceptional tea experience.
Dragon Well Green Tea (Longjing) - premium Chinese tea with exceptional taste and fresh aroma
Dragon Well Green Tea (Longjing) is a real gem among teas. It originates from China and is rightly ranked among the country's ten most famous teas. It is a 100% loose-leaf tea made from the leaves of the Chinese tea tree (Camellia sinensis), which is sought after for its unique flavour, distinctive appearance and premium quality. The Chinese tea tree catches the eye at first sight with its typical flat, emerald leaf shape. It acquires this shape during traditional, careful processing in heated pans. This process stops oxidation and preserves the fresh green colour and, above all, the authentic flavour in the leaves.
A nice bonus is the simple preparation, during which one teaspoon is infused for 2 - 3 minutes. After steeping, it develops its full, yet delicate and complex flavour with light nutty and chestnut notes, almost without bitterness. Green tea is ideal to drink in the morning or during the early afternoon. Treat yourself to a cup of this legendary tea and turn an ordinary moment into an extraordinary experience full of taste and tradition!
