I’ve been taking it for about two weeks, unfortunately with shorter breaks, because if I leave home, I’m afraid to take it. After summarizing my workouts, I exercised 10 times in the month for 15 minutes of training for beginners, and I can confirm that my weight went down. It’s the end of the month and I’m pleasantly surprised. The only downside is that I can’t fall asleep before 00:00. I believe it will adjust over time. Or should I exercise more so that I get tired during the day, because I take it regularly even on days when I don’t exercise.
