Just Dragon Fruit – a dried exotic delicacy with a high fibre content that will enrich porridge, yoghurts, or sweet desserts
Just Dragon Fruit are pieces of dried dragon fruit, also known as pitahaya, pitaya, or strawberry pear. It got its name from the small green growths on its skin, which resemble dragon scales. It comes from tropical regions and will win you over with its aroma, as well as its gently sweet, refreshing taste. It has a high fibre content and is often compared to a mix between a pear and a kiwi. It comes from Vietnam, where it is prepared using a careful method of drying according to a traditional recipe. It is dried at low temperatures, which allows it to retain its refreshing aroma and taste. It is sweetened with sugar, which thus better balances its mild sourness. Thanks to this, it serves as a great alternative to regular sweets.
Thanks to the practical resealable packaging, you will appreciate this dried dragon fruit not only at home but also on the go. It will be a great snack for hiking, at work, and at school. After opening, you can close it again without worrying that it will lose its properties. Dried pitahaya is also suitable for yoghurts, porridge, or other sweet desserts. They have absolutely no taste. They taste like something overly sweetened... Zero aroma. They are heavily stuck together. They do not look like in the picture.
