C4 Original is a carefully formulated pre-workout that is suitable for strength and endurance athletes. It combines several functional ingredients to ensure you get the most out of it. The base is the stimulant caffeine, which when consumed at 3 mg per kg of body weight approximately one hour before exercise, contributes to an increase in endurance performance. Moreover, it supports alertness and concentration. However, there is also vitamin C and vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12, which help reduce fatigue and exhaustion, which you will appreciate not only during demanding workouts. We've also added creatine monohydrate, arginine hydrochloride, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine or CarnoSyn® beta-alanine for added complexity. The entire blend dissolves well, so just stir it in water to create a delicious refreshing drink.

Dosage

Mix 1 heaping scoop (6.9 g) with 150-200 ml of water and take 20-30 minutes before training.
