It’s a shame it’s so expensive—up to now I’ve only ordered one box of it, and I don’t think I’ll get it again because of the price. As for the taste: it has about 85% protein content (depending on the flavor), with almost zero fat and carbohydrate content. That’s why no one should expect an ultra-creamy, delicately delicious taste—but knowing that the protein content is so high, the taste is excellent. I bought the chocolate one; it isn’t overly sweet, which is why it’s good, and it doesn’t cause nausea. You can enhance it with dextrose, and you can also play around with the ratios; with milk, of course, all protein tastes better.
