Ingredients

Unflavoured: Instant rice porridge 61 %, whey protein concentrate 34 %, dried skimmed milk, rice starch, inulin, salt, sweetener (sucralose).

Strawberry: Instant rice porridge 52 %, whey protein concentrate 37 %, dried skimmed milk, freeze-dried strawberry pieces 2%, freeze-dried strawberry powder 2 %, rice starch, flavouring, beetroot powder, inulin, sweetener (sucralose).

Chocolate: Instant rice porridge 53 %, whey protein concentrate 37 %, reduced-fat cocoa powder 4 %, dried skimmed milk, rice starch, inulin, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

Instructions

Mix 4-5 scoops (60 g) with 150-200 ml of hot water. Stir well, let it sit for a moment, then consume immediately.
