Soy Isolate - a plant-based protein powder with a favourable amino acid spectrum and a delicious taste that stands out in dishes and drinks

Soy Isolate is a plant-based protein powder with the content of a spectrum of amino acids that most closely resembles that of a whey protein powder. This is what makes it the go-to choice of vegans, but also other people. It boasts a high content of high-quality protein, which will help with muscle growth and maintaining the health of bones. It is sure to be appreciated by athletes who are engaged in strength training and want to achieve the best results regarding muscle growth. In connection with this, we must highlight the fact that of all the essential amino acids included, the most represented one is leucine.

However, this protein powder makes for a great companion even for every enthusiast of a healthy lifestyle. This is because of several reasons. The first is its favourable ingredient profile, as it contains no gluten or lactose, which makes it suitable for people who avoid these substances. It contains no fat, has a low sugar content, and is also GLP-1 friendly. This makes Soy Isolate suitable even for the most demanding athletes, such as fitness athletes or bodybuilders in prep, who keep a close eye on literally every gram of sugar, fat, and protein. Next we have its delicious taste, due to which it once again ranks among the top tier plant-based protein powders.

Last but not least, it is well-soluble, which is yet another benefit when compared to many other plant-based proteins. This makes it an optimal choice for preparing a post-workout drink. That said, you can also add it to smoothies, your favourite porridge, desserts and other dishes, which it will enrich with a fair dose of protein. This will come especially handy if you are trying to maintain a balanced diet and want to enrich each dish with enough of all macronutrients.

No matter if your goal is to gain muscle mass, lose weight or eat healthy and stay in shape, in all these cases, it is important that your diet contains enough protein. Soy Isolate is therefore an effective way to meet the recommended daily protein intake, and as a result, get closer to your goals.

I don’t understand what you keep making a fuss about, taste… when you want taste, then take curd, meat, soy—whatever you like. I take the protein to supplement the protein I don’t get in my diet. I

Don't buy it because both the vanilla and the chocolate flavor are awful! If, for some reason, you still decide to buy it, I advise you to mix it with banana, strawberry, and kiwi—also acceptable.

    Flavor: chocolate, vanilla
If you can get past the smell, it is a good protein. I also bought the chocolate and vanilla ones—only that, when mixed in a shake style, it isn’t the most successful. I personally like to mix it either with oats, berries, in the style of a pudding/porridge, or mixed with Greek yogurt and fruit, then kept in the freezer for a few minutes. It comes out somewhat like ice cream. Oh, and what I truly like is that I don’t get any bloating sensation the way I did with whey. I’ll definitely come back to this protein in the future as well.

Best value for money for a protein isolate. It has a good taste when mixed with 300 ml of milk. I use the vanilla version.

The protein is great! It contains all essential amino acids in good quantity. The taste is good with fresh milk; I haven’t tried it with water yet. Those who complain about the taste instead of drinking the protein should better get themselves chocolate milk from the store and not bother with a healthy lifestyle; the purpose of the protein is to provide you with the necessary amino acids for muscle recovery, not to get yet another dose of something sweet :)

    Flavor: vanilla
First time I’m getting it. I took vanilla, and I also sprinkle a little cinnamon in the mixing, and it turns out amazing. Now, I don’t know whether it works or not. With a little water, it turns into a fantastic cream.

    Horrible—the worst protein you’ve ever taken… it doesn’t dissolve; it’s like you’re drinking sand.

Apart from that artificial taste, the nutritional values are great. In no way does it taste or smell like vanilla/chocolate; it is better suited for use in dishes.

    Flavor: vanilla
These proteins are economical and pleasantly soluble in water.... Unfortunately, they have certain characteristics that make them not suitable for everything. 1. They cannot be drunk because they are too nauseating and thick/pasty 2. They require an indescribable amount of water 3. They are too sweet They work well in warm preparations such as porridge with added oats and various toppings; in a cake by replacing 1/3 of the flour and adding double the amount of liquid, and in pancakes. Obviously, when using these proteins, there is no need to add sugar... I would not recommend them very much, but they are acceptable.... With GymBeam, I will try the other category with soy, but with a neutral taste ☺

    Flavor: chocolate, vanilla
The vanilla aroma and the chocolate aroma are really excellent. Good value for money, just “get over” that sandy effect that the protein has, requiring more milk/water—100–150 ml in total.
