This set of bands is one that I value highly, because I can vary the intensity of my exercises and workouts by alternating the bands, which also have different resistances. I really like the fact that they are made like “strips” rather than circular ones (I can turn them into circular bands myself by tying them), so they offer me more variations and a wider range of exercises for which they can be used.
