Flavor: green apple, strawberry kiwi, lemon lime, mango maracuja, watermelonPre-workout is strong enough; for some, it even gives them “goosebumps.” I bought it on a promotion—super. Was this review helpful to you?Tomáš O

Flavor: green appleThe double dose is fine, and the caffeine is quite satisfactory for this price. But what’s best is that the money you save is immediately spent on toilet paper. So, in the end, I absolutely do not recommend it.Was this review helpful to you?Jakko

Flavor: green appleTo be honest, in relation to this pre-workout, only one question comes to mind: “Why?”. Why does this product exist? The main ingredient is completely unnecessary beta-alanine. A substance that only makes sense with daily supplementation, and even then at higher doses. And even then it has only endurance effects that you won’t feel in the gym. From it, you’ll get nothing more than an itchy nose and... your backside. There’s also L-citrulline (unfortunately diluted with malate) and AAGK (arginine blabla). Both are pretty good substances... if only there were three times as much of them. In this amount, it makes no sense to include them. The same goes for taurine and other ingredients—there’s simply a tiny fraction of each, at a minimum dose that would have any effect. The only thing here in a good amount is 300 mg of caffeine. But if all you want is caffeine, you can buy it by itself in tablets for a fraction of the price. Even so, I bought it on sale for maybe around 180 CZK, and I can’t complain about that. If you want just a mild kick for the lowest possible price, it might be fine. But compared to others, it simply can’t stand up—plus the taste and consistency seem awful to me. 3/5Was this review helpful to you?Janka

Flavor: strawberry kiwiI believe that this will certainly suit a lot of people; it does give me energy—that’s true. But I think it’s important to point out, especially for people who are just starting with pre-workout, that this contains a fairly high amount of beta-alanine and niacin/vitamin B3—which are (harmless) substances that, for some people, cause that tingling/itching sensation. For me, though, I’m probably very sensitive to it, because after the recommended dose it was downright painful—stinging/burning. And the more I tried to work out, the worse it got. :( I even tried it the next day and drank it more slowly, but it still hurt. And if I had taken a smaller dose, then it probably wouldn’t even have the kick-starting effect. So for me, this pre-workout is definitely a no. I’d pass it on to my brother, but if it stings me, it would likely sting him too. Oh, and the flavor is strawberry kiwi—it tastes like those fizzy vitamins. So the taste didn’t really do it for me, but honestly, that’s not what I care about, because it’s not food. Anyway, if you’re trying pre-workout for the first time, I recommend tasting only half of the recommended dose first, so that you don’t spend an hour feeling like you’re being heated up to the very edge—right next to a nest of angry wasps???? Or it would be nice to introduce some sample sizes :)Was this review helpful to you?Top

Flavor: mango maracujaI love the mango and passion fruit flavor—absolutely great! It’s sweet in the right way, it melts really well, but even if you take it dry, it’s still top. It truly gives you a lot of energy—this product is highly approved! And above all, it doesn’t cause an itchy feeling all over. HahaWas this review helpful to you?Gym_Krisz
