For almost zero calories, it’s pretty good. It somewhat covers the need so that the food isn’t completely dry—for example, as I use it with oat pie, which is what I put it in myself. Very light Caramel aftertaste, slightly watery; you can tell you’re eating something dietary, and with a banana alongside, the situation is saved to some extent. However, knowing what you’re buying it for, and to cut calories from another topping you used before, it does its job just fine—it deceives you a bit and it’s simply okay as a product up to that point.
