C4 Original is a unique pre-workout containing caffeine and other functional ingredients for all athletes
C4 Original is a carefully formulated pre-workout that is suitable for strength and endurance athletes. It combines several functional ingredients to ensure you get the most out of it. The base is the stimulant caffeine, which when consumed at 3 mg per kg of body weight approximately one hour before exercise, contributes to an increase in endurance performance. Moreover, it supports alertness and concentration. However, there is also vitamin C and vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12, which help reduce fatigue and exhaustion, which you will appreciate not only during demanding workouts. We've also added creatine monohydrate, arginine hydrochloride, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine or CarnoSyn® beta-alanine for added complexity. The entire blend dissolves well, so just stir it in water to create a delicious refreshing drink.
This makes it a complex preworkout that comes in handy before strength or endurance training and other activities.

Flavor: blue raspberryI really like it because it doesn’t contain creatine, since I usually take that separately—and even on days when I don’t work out. It also doesn’t have an insane amount of caffeine; 150 mg per scoop is just right if you’re not dependent on caffeine. The only downside for me is the Brilliant Blue food colorant, because it would be just as good even without any color.

Flavor: icy blue razzI bought the icy blue one because it has the best rating, but the taste is really a disaster. It’s so artificial and medicinal—like the taste of children’s syrups and medicines. If it didn’t seem decent at all, my rating would be lower.

Flavor: green appleAround August 10, I placed a large order (for a team of sports games) that included two C4 396 g. Everything arrived on time, but when I opened the C4 packages, there were light blue grains. I have been using this product for many years and I have never had anything like this before, and the taste was bad! It made me check the expiration date, and it was 01/09/2024!!! For both packages! I submitted a claim, to which I received a reply stating that the product is certified and that the blue grains come from moisture. But how can you sell a product with 2 × 60 doses of C4 that expires in just three weeks??? As if nothing has been violated, but it is not loyal to the customer! I will not use you again and I will not recommend you to others.

Flavor: watermelonThe order arrived more or less on time, but I have some concerns about the quality of the C4. The powder’s texture seems unusual to me, and there are some small ball-shaped formations inside. I’m not sure what they are.

Flavor: blue raspberryGood enough for beginners; it doesn’t really kick much, but for starters it’s sufficient. It tastes good. I had higher expectations.

Honestly, it is a very big disappointment and money wasted. This pump has 0.0 stimulating effect even after 3 doses, as if I had just drunk flavored water. Just having coffee or even one energy drink makes an incomparable difference.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?K. Roland

Flavor: fruit punchI don’t know why, but for me it’s quite weak—even at double the dose it’s just a weak “itching” and the pump. The taste is fruity punc, the flavor is just not there, however.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?
